Delivery and return


The site delivers throughout the Metropolitan France and in a series of countries around the world.

The ordered product is delivered to the address on the order form for a fixed amount all taxes included, payable by the customer.

Delivery time depends on the delivery address. The delivery times specified below only begin when the order is shipped.

Delivery is made by La Poste (in Tracked Letter or Colissimo).

Delivery delay :

- Metropolitan France: delivery under 2 to 4 working days on average .

- Europe: between 3 and 5 working days on average .

- Other countries: between 5 and 10 working days on average.

CUSTOMS: If you have placed an order to a country outside the European Union, please note that customs fees and import taxes are invoiced once the package has arrived in the destination country. As your order is held by customs, you may have to pay additional fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package (this also applies to retail and wholesale businesses). Unfortunately, we have no control over the amount of these fees and are unable to determine the amount since Customs clearance policies and import taxes vary greatly from one country to another.


You have a deadline of 14 (fourteen) days to withdraw.

The period of 14 (fourteen) days runs:

- from the day of receipt of the ordered item,

- or, in the case of an order for several items delivered separately, from the day on which you, or a third party who is not the carrier, whom you have designated, received the last item.

- You should send us an email beforehand so that we can give you the return address.

Upon receipt of the returned products, Romie Su will reimburse within 14 (fourteen) working days in the form of a Purchase Voucher for the same amount received. The delivery costs for the return will be your responsibility. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

However, we will only accept refunds for products if all of the following conditions are met:

1) The product must not have been worn, worn out, modified or damaged.

2) The product must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by the purchase invoice.

- In the event that the return of the product by the customer is due to an error on the site such as a missing product in the order or a non-compliant product received or a manufacturing defect of the product, we undertake to reimburse , in addition to the purchase price of the product, the shipping costs incurred by the customer for the delivery of the product.

The customer must report the error by email to within a maximum of 48 hours following receipt of the order.

No reimbursement can be made for the benefit of the buyer who has not exercised his right of withdrawal under the conditions set out above.
