Unique vintage 1980s piece decorated with a rhinestone heart. It was restored and plated with 18 carat 3 micron gold in Paris.

Diameter of the heart pattern: approximately 0.5 cm
Chain length 17-18 cm, adjustable thanks to the large holes in the chain.
